President
The founder of the Institute, Svetoslav Bojilov, is at the same time the Institute’s President.
Director and Advisory Board
The Director is appointed by the Institute’s President. The current Director of the Institute is
Vesselin I. Dimitrov. He has a PhD in nuclear physics. His
experience encompasses theoretical and experimental nuclear physics, biophysics, particle physics, pulse power and accelerator physics.
The institute’s Advisory Board consists of the Director and two Members. The Advisory Board decides on all issues related to the
Institute’s activities. However, the President may veto any decision of the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board also serves as an Editorial
Board for the Journal of Rational Astrophysics.
