Kyufteta of spicy meat balls and Kebapcheta which is spicy sausage minced meat as well as Parzhola which are chops served with potato are among the top favorites.
Bulgaris is known as a shopper's paradise. You can get some excellent brands at reasonable prices. Prices are lower than in any of the other European countries and tourists love to shop at local malls, resort shops and roadside stalls for all sorts of Bulgarian souvenirs and traditional clothes, hats and other local favorites.
